Technique

STEP 1 Create the following beaded-connectors:

A: Four mixed long beaded-connectors: One 6x8mm crystal rondelle bead, one 8mm crystal double cone bead & one 6x8mm crystal rondelle bead

B: Eleven single rondelle beaded-connectors: One 6x8mm crystal rondelle bead

C: Four double cone beaded-connectors: One 8mm crystal double cone bead, one rhinestone rondelle and one 8mm crystal double cone bead

D: Seven single cone beaded-connectors: One 8mm crystal double cone bead

E: Seven cone rhinestone beaded-connectors: One 3x4mm crystal rondelle bead, one rhinestone rondelle bead, one 8mm pearl bead, one rhinestone rondelle bead and one 3x4mm crystal rondelle bead.

F: Seven large double rondelle beaded-connectors: Two 8x10mm rondelle beads

G: Six hexagon beaded-connectors: One 16mm hexagon beads

NOTE: Beaded-connectors are created by threading the bead or sequence of beads on an eye pin, then trimming

STEP 2 First Beaded Chain
Make up the first beaded chain by using 6mm jump rings to join up the beaded-connectors from step 1 in the following order: Two single rondelle beaded-connector (Step 1B), one double cone beaded-connector (Step 1C), repeat from * to ** three times & two single rondelle beaded-connectors.

STEP 3 Second Beaded Chain
Make up the second beaded chain by using 6mm jump rings to join up the beaded-connectors from step 1 in the following order: *One cone rhinestone beaded-connectors (Step 1E), one single cone beaded-connectors
(Step 1 D)**, repeat from * to ** six times.

STEP 4 Third Beaded Chain
Make up the third beaded chain by using 6mm jump rings to join up the beaded-connectors from step 1 in the following order: One single rondelle beaded-connector (Step 1B), six hexagon beaded-connectors (step 1G) & seven large double rondelle beaded-connectors (step 1F)

STEP 5 Take the beaded chains from step 2, 3 & 4 and using 6mm jump rings attach to the side loop of the rhinestone connector (use the picture above as a guide to the position of the rhinestone connector). Place the 1st beaded chain (step 2) on the top, the 2nd beaded chain in the middle (step 3) and the 3rd beaded chain on the bottom (step 4).

STEP 6 Take two three strand connectors and place them back to back. It is important to do this as this will reinforce the connector for the weight of the beads. Now take one 6mm jump ring and thread the first loop of both connectors and the open end of the 1st beaded chain. Take one more 6mm jump ring and thread the second loop of both connectors and the open end of the 2nd beaded chain. Take another 6mm jump ring and thread the third hole of both connectors and the open end of the 3rd beaded chain. Now take one final 6mm jump ring and thread the top loop of both connectors and the 15mm ring.

STEP 7 Using 6mm jump rings join up the four mixed long beaded-connectors (step 1A). Take one 6mm jump ring and attach the newly created beaded chain to the right loop on the rhinestone connector. Take one 6mm jump ring and thread the clasp and attach it to the open end of the necklace.
