Glue the rose cameo to the filigree. Set aside to dry.
Step 2 – Create your chain tassel
Take the 30cm length of chain and cut into three 10cm lengths. Take one eye pin and half open the closed loop with your round nose pliers. Take one of the 10cm pieces of chain and thread the middle link through the partially opened eye pin so the chain now falls in two 5cm lengths. Repeat two more times. Reclose the eye pin. Thread the 5mm filigree bead cap and the 4mm bicone on the other side of the eye pin. End with a wrapped loop; trim if needed and set aside.
Step 3 – Create the beaded chain
Form a beaded connector by taking one eye pin and thread a 12mm Czech fire-polish bead, trim 1cm from the end of the bead and form a loop. Take one more eye pin and thread one more 12mm Czech fire-polish bead, trim 1cm from the end of the bead and form a loop. Before closing the loop thread through the loop of the last created beaded connector. Continue to create a chain of beaded connectors by repeating this step 8 more times so your chain in total measures 10 connectors.
Take one etched jump ring and thread through the last loop of the beaded chain. On the other side of your beaded chain take one 6mm jump ring and thread on the last loop and through one of the bottom holes of the filigree.
Take one 4mm jump ring and thread through the tassel chain created in step 2 and through one of the holes in the filigree.
Take one 6mm jump ring and thread through the hole on the top of the filigree and a closed etched jump ring.
Take your silk fairy ribbon and thread it through both etched jump rings and tie a bow.
