Technique

1 Take one head pin with ball and place one pearl on it. Finish with a wrapped loop. Repeat this step twenty-nine times so you have in total thirty pearl dangles.

2 Take one head pin with ball and place one 4x6mm crystal ab rondelle bead on it. Finish with a wrapped loop. Repeat this step twenty-nine times so you have in total thirty pearl dangles.

3 Take one head pin with ball and place one pearl on it. Go to make a wrapped loop but this time make the loop a bit bigger. Before closing the loop attach to the bottom of the lotus centre piece.

4. You are going to create a beaded chain using the coil of wire, pearls and the beaded-dangles from step 1 & 2. To eliminates waste work directly from the coil. Start by taking your 22ga wire and threading one pearl. Take one end of the wire and measure a 2.5cm tail and then bend it at a 90 degree-angle. Take your round-nose pliers and start to create a loop (Pic. 4A) but before starting the wrap thread the loop to the top left petal of the lotus centre piece (Pic. 4B).

Finish this link by trimming the wire 2cm from the top of the bead. Start to create a wrapped loop but before closing the loop thread one pearl beaded-dangle from step 1 (Pic. 4C & 4D).

5 Take your wire and thread one more pearl. Take the end of the wire and measure a 2cm tail and then bend it at a 90 degree-angle. Start to create a wrapped loop but before closing the loop you need to thread one crystal dangle (Pic. 5A) from step 2 and the previous loop on the beaded chain
(Pic. 5B). Finish this link by trimming the wire 2cm from the top of the bead. Start to create a wrapped loop but before closing thread one pearl beaded-dangle from Step 1 (Pic. 5C). Repeat this step so your beaded chain measures sixteen links (on the last link omit attaching the pearl beaded-dangle)

6. For the second beaded strap repeat step 4 & 5 but attach the first link to the left outer petal. Finish by using 6mm jump ring to attach one clasp & one twisted ring to each side of the necklace.
